1.) If I decide to use VIA, will I need to replace my accountant?
We do not replace your accountant, we work alongside of them. We partner with your accountant to ensure that the financials they receive are accurate, timely, and comprehensive. Think of us as your accountant's right-hand man.


2.) I already have a bookkeeper, why would I need VIA?
That is exactly why you may need VIA. We work with bookkeepers to provide them with the training they need to be efficient in assisting your company/organization. We provide another level of skill and service above the bookkeeper to provide you with the upper level insight for management decisions.  

3.) I handle my own books and manage my own finances, why would I benefit from utilizing VIA's services?
Many reasons. For one, it is time consuming to handle your own books. Secondly, we work alongside of you in helping you to make financial management decisions based on the analysis of your financial records. We take this responsibility out of your hands so that you, as a business owner, can spend more time running your business, rather than having it run you! We also provide you with the training you need to be more accurate and efficient in handling your books. 

4.) I think with a little bit of training in QuickBooks, I will be okay. Does VIA offer QuickBooks training?
Our QuickBooks ProAdvisors are ready to assist you immediately. We offer one-on-one consultations, group trainings, and repeated sessions to ensure that you are well educated in proper bookkeeing and financial management.

5.) How is VIA different than your average bookkeeping company?
Where do we start?! With VIA, you don't just receive a bookkeeper that spits out reports. We go beyond the numbers to provide you with insight into your business, and financial consulting to help you make informed, well-educated decisions. 

6.) Will I receive one dedicated person to assist with my bookkeeping and financial management?
YES. In addition, you will have the support of an entire team. Depending on the task needed, a member of our team at the appropriate price level will be assigned to assist you. Our prices are based on the level of skill needed, rather than at one flat rate. We hand-pick the team within our staff based on your individual needs. 

7.) How will you handle the transfer of my invoices, deposits, statements, etc.?
This is based on your preference. We can work at your office or ours, we can pick-up and drop-off, or we can save you money by scanning them and working virtually.
 
8.) What does it cost to use VIA?
